I purchased a Doxie because it advertised wireless document scanning for the Doxie Go. I wouldn't have to move the storage chip from the Doxie to my Mac to retrieve images that I scanned. And it was supposed to integrate with Dropbox, etc... The problem is that the Doxie Go hardware really didn't work very well. 90% of the time, it would have a hard time recognizing that there was paper read to scan. Even when I got better at aligning the paper perfectly to feed it through, Doxie still had issue. It got to the point where it was faster to use an iOS app and take a picture of documents with my phone than try to keep feeding paper through Doxie to scan. I wouldn't recommend it at all to anyone. The software side of things seemed good but that doesn't matter when the scanning function in the hardware is incapable.
